Cancellation/Refund Policy

Exchange & Return

You can exchange or return any item within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as:

• Original receipt is provided;
• Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
• Within 30 days of original purchase date;
• Gift items must include gift receipt. Refunds will be given in the form of a gift card.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
• As-is items;
• Damaged or abused;
• Products with missing accessories;
• Opened items;
• Cosmetics in general;
• Products shipped to outside the United States.

Refund Method

Your refund will generally be processed in the same form as the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny any return. If the product is missing the original packaging or shows signs of use, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
