Free In-Store Pickup

You can pick up your online orders at our physical store! Located at 5480 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819, our pickup service is designed to save you time and make collecting your purchases convenient.

There are no shipping or handling fees for orders picked up by the customer. Just select "In-Store Pickup" as the shipping option when placing your order. Your products will be ready for collection at the following address: 5480 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819.

To Pick Up Your Order

  1. For your safety, only the person registered on the order can collect it with a Photo ID. If someone else needs to pick up your order, please notify our Customer Service at help@yesmegastore.com for authorization.
  2. Proof of purchase is required. Whether you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, please bring your order confirmation, either printed or saved on your phone.

Note: Without these, the order will NOT be released.

Pickups Can Be Done During Store Hours Only

  • Monday to Saturday: From 10 am to 9 pm - EST
  • Sunday: From 10 am to 7 pm - EST

Availability

We need 24 hours to process orders, so same-day pickup might not be available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Orders will be held at our pick-up center for up to 90 days without any additional charges. From day 91 to day 180, a fee of $5 per day will be applied, which will be charged on the pickup day. If the order is not picked up within 180 days, it will be canceled, and the remaining funds will be withheld. Please note that the return period for orders begins on the purchase date, not the pickup date.
