30-Day Returns
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet our return conditions.
- The original receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, and all originally included items should be returned with the product.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Gift Returns
Gift purchases may require a valid gift receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase. Approved gift returns may be refunded in the form of a Yes Mega Store gift card or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
- Clearance items.
- Final Sale items.
- Products sold “As Is.”
- Opened products.
- Cosmetics and personal care products.
- Products that are damaged, misused, altered, or show excessive signs of use.
- Products returned without required accessories, components, parts, or documentation.
- International orders shipped outside the United States.
International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, Yes Mega Store will determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy. If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, bank, or card issuer. Shipping charges and certain other fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20% Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns when an item is not returned in its original packaging or shows signs of handling, where permitted by applicable law. When applicable, the fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Yes Mega Store as soon as possible. We may request:
- Photos.
- Videos.
- Packaging information.
- Serial numbers.
- Additional supporting documentation.
After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Return Approval
Yes Mega Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. This may include products that are:
- Returned after the applicable return period.
- Used.
- Damaged.
- Incomplete.
- Altered.
- Otherwise ineligible for return.
Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval or a refund.

Return Shipping
Unless the return results from an error by Yes Mega Store, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Yes Mega Store is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping before they are received by us.

- The product you wish to return.

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from Yes Mega Store.
